James Stiffler, Owner

James began his career in his father's painting company at a young age, quickly advancing to manage several crews by age 16. By 18, he oversaw more teams and expanded his skills into drywall. In 2003, James moved to North Carolina, focusing his talents on new construction. However, spotting a gap in the market, he shifted to working with apartment communities, specializing in minor and major drywall repairs.

In North Carolina, James joined forces with his father-in-law, John Anderson, who ran a painting business in Asheville. He continued catering to apartment communities there and expanded his offerings to include services like tub reglazing and countertop resurfacing. In 2008, James took over John's business upon his retirement. He inherited a team of five painters serving 10 apartment communities.

Today, James' business has grown significantly. He now leads over 50 painters and drywall installers, supported by a 9-member management team. Together, they provide top-notch customer service to over 100 apartment communities in Asheville and surrounding areas.
